HIGH-PERFORMANCE TWIN DISC CLUTCH SET FOR TOYOTA 1JZ, 2JZ ENGINE AND 5 SPEED BMW ZF M50/M52/M54 GEARBOX - STAGE 2 FTWL

This set consists of a single mass twin disc clutch, throwout bearing, and all necessary bolts.

All components are 100% CNC machined and made in the EU.

Precision machining and alignment ensure a precise fit.

Features a MONOBLOCK single mass flywheel weighing approximately 8.2 kg.

The rotating assembly weight is around 14.9 kg (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate).

Includes custom-made, lightweight 240 mm 4 puck sintered clutch discs with MIBA sintered pads.

Equipped with a Sachs 3082 311 341 pressure plate, excluding the SAC system.

Heat-resistant CNC machined clutch disc spacer/middle plate included.

Clutch sets are fully balanced from end to end—flywheel, middle plate, and pressure plate—up to 8500 rpm, with each set delivered with a unique balance protocol.

The innovative design of the middle plate prevents noise when the clutch pedal is pressed and avoids sticking due to heat, as it does not contact the flywheel.

Engagement is smooth, similar to an OEM clutch set.

Includes a 19 mm thick aluminum adapter plate with all necessary bolts. The adapter requires a DENSO 228000 series starter motor without an aluminum cover over the starter gear.

Compatible with TOYOTA 1JZ, 2JZ engines and the following transmissions:

• ZF/GETRAG M50, M52, M54 5 speed
• E36 M3 6 speed gearboxes - 23x29-10N spline shaft

Note: This set is not compatible with the lift M54B30 6 speed gearbox or the ZF 5 speed N47M, M57, and E46 M3 gearboxes with a spline shaft of 28x35-10N.

Ideal for high power turbocharged engines, this set can handle approximately 800-1000 Nm of torque for regular applications. For entry-level drifting, it is recommended to keep torque under 800 Nm.

Professional installation is required, along with a break-in procedure of at least 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts.

The flywheels come with the starter gear mounted (monoblock solution).

All components are standard, allowing for quick and cost-effective renewal.

Each product has undergone stress testing to ensure performance and quality.
