• Monoblock single-mass flywheel with integrated starter ring gear
• Flywheel weight: ~6.4 kg
• Rotating assembly weight: ~13.2 kg (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate)
• 240 mm lightweight clutch discs (steel base) with LUK 8090s friction pads
• Sachs pressure plate (without SAC system)
• Heat-resistant CNC-machined spacer/middle plate
• End-to-end balanced as an assembly (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate) to G6.3 up to 8000 rpm; supplied with a unique balance protocol

Driveability Notes

• Designed for smooth, OEM-like engagement
• Middle plate design aims to avoid noise when the clutch pedal is pressed and prevent sticking under heat by avoiding contact with the flywheel

BMW engines: M50, M52, M54, S50, S52, S54

Compatible transmissions (28x35-10N spline shaft):

• 5-speed N47M ZF gearbox
• 6-speed S54B32 Getrag gearbox
• 5-speed M57 gearbox

Does Not Fit

• Lift version of M54B30 with 6-speed gearbox
• Getrag/ZF 5-speed gearboxes

Torque Capacity & Use

• Up to ~800–1000 Nm for regular cars
• For entry-level drifting: up to ~800 Nm recommended to maintain torque reserve
• If frequent clutch kicks are expected, stage 2 or 4 with sintered clutch discs is recommended

Installation & Service

• Professional installation required
• Break-in required: at least 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts
• Uses typical service parts for straightforward, cost-effective renewal
• Stress tested
