• Monoblock single-mass flywheel with integrated starter ring gear
• Flywheel weight: ~6.4 kg
• Rotating assembly weight: ~13.2 kg (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate)
• 240 mm lightweight clutch discs (steel base with LUK 8090s friction pads)
• Sachs Performance pressure plate (883082001243), without SAC system
• Heat-resistant CNC-machined spacer/middle plate
• End-to-end balanced as an assembly (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate) to G6.3, up to 8000 rpm; supplied with a unique balance protocol

Design Notes

• 100% CNC-machined components
• Precision machining and alignment for correct fitment
• Middle plate design avoids contact with the flywheel to reduce sticking when hot
• Engagement feel described as smooth, similar to OEM operation

Fitment

Fits: BMW engines M50, M52, M54, S50, S52, S54 with ZF/GETRAG M50/M52/M54 5-speed and E36 M3 6-speed gearboxes using a 23x29-10N spline shaft.

Does not fit: Lift version of M54B30 with 6-speed gearbox.

Does not fit: ZF 5-speed N47M, M57 and E46 M3 gearboxes using 28x35-10N spline shaft.

Torque Capacity & Use

• Rated to handle approximately 1000–1200 Nm for regular cars
• For entry-level drifting up to ~1000 Nm, maintaining torque reserve is recommended; for frequent clutch kicks, Stage 2 or Stage 4 (sintered discs) is recommended
• Suitable for high-power turbocharged builds

Installation & Break-In

• Professional installation required
• Break-in required: at least 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts

Serviceability

• Uses typical parts to allow faster and cheaper renewal
• Each product is stress tested
