Single-mass twin disc clutch kit designed for BMW M50/M52/M54/S50/S52/S54 engines paired with ZF/GETRAG M50/M52/M54 5-speed and E36 M3 6-speed gearboxes using a 23x29-10N input shaft spline.

• Monoblock single-mass flywheel with integrated starter ring gear; flywheel weight approx. 6.4 kg
• Rotating assembly weight approx. 13.2 kg (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate)
• 240 mm lightweight clutch discs: steel base with LUK 8090s friction pads
• Sachs pressure plate without SAC system
• Heat-resistant CNC machined middle plate/spacer
• End-to-end balanced (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate) to G6.3 up to 8000 rpm; supplied with a unique balance protocol
• Middle plate design to reduce noise when pressing the clutch pedal and prevent sticking when hot (no contact with the flywheel)
• Engagement designed to be smooth like an OEM clutch
• Stress tested
• Typical service parts used, allowing fast and cost-effective renewal

Does Not Fit

• Lift version of M54B30 with 6-speed gearbox
• ZF 5-speed N47M, M57 and E46 M3 gearboxes (28x35-10N spline shaft)

Intended Use & Capacity

• Suitable for high-power turbocharged setups
• Approx. torque capacity: ~800–1000 Nm (regular cars)
• Entry-level drifting: up to ~800 Nm; for frequent clutch kicks, Stage 2 or Stage 4 with sintered discs is recommended
