Heavy Cut

Heavy Cut is a highly abrasive, water-based polishing paste designed to remove almost all paint defects, including on demanding paint systems. Solid abrasive grains deliver strong cutting performance across all types of automotive paint. The formula contains no silicone or fillers, making it suitable for paint shops and professional detailing use. Cut level can be tuned by pad choice; dedicated polishing pads are recommended for best correction. Compatible with all types of polishing machines, with a formula designed to minimize dusting and improve machine guidance.

Usage

1. Shake the bottle well to thoroughly mix the paste ingredients.


2. Apply the proper amount of paste to the polishing pad.


3. Spread over the paintwork at low speed, working a small area.


4. Work in small sections, adjusting machine speed and pressure as needed.


5. Monitor paint temperature to prevent overheating.


6. Work with moderate pressure until a characteristic dust appears on the surface.


7. Remove residue with a fine microfiber cloth.


8. Check correction regularly with inspection fluid; repeat if necessary.


9. Inspect the area with an inspection flashlight.


10. For maximum gloss, follow with additional polishing steps until the desired finish is achieved.

Recommendations & storage

• Shake well before use.


• Ensure the work surface is cool; do not overheat the polished area.


• Clean polishing pads regularly and prevent clogging with paste and paint dust.


• Avoid freezing.


• Protect from overheating and UV radiation.


• Store in a dry, cool place at 15–25°C.

• Keep away from children.
