Manley H-beam forged rods for Honda D16 (all) & ZC
Manufactured from 4340 forgings, these rods are heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and 100% individually magnafluxed for quality assurance.
Weight matched sets are provided with a tolerance of +1.5 grams.
Cap fasteners are 3/8” ARP 2000, except for part number 14017, which is supplied with 7/16” ARP 8740.
These rods can handle a flywheel horsepower range of 600+ in a 4-cylinder application and 800+ in a 6-cylinder application.
