MT-90 is a fully-synthetic ester-based lubricant designed for use in manual transmissions and front-wheel-drive transaxles. This shear-stable formula resists breakdown over extended periods, providing consistent viscosity in both warm and cold temperatures, resulting in reduced gear noise and improved shifting. The fluid is less slippery, enhancing the synchroniser coefficient of friction and offering stronger film strength for better wear protection.
