Penrite PRO Gear GL-5 75W-85 Full Synthetic 2.5L

Pro Gear GL-5 75W-85 is a premium full synthetic differential and transaxle gear oil, formulated with a blend of high-quality synthetic base oils and specialized additives. It features an enhanced wear protection package that ensures excellent load carrying capacity and extended service life.

Pro Gear GL-5 75W-85 is specifically designed for use in hypoid and limited slip differentials, transfer cases, manual transaxles, and gearboxes in modern passenger cars, 4WDs, and light commercial vehicles that require an API GL-5, SAE 75W-85 viscosity gear oil. It meets the specifications for MB 235.7 and ZF TE-ML 18. This product can also enhance shift quality in colder climates where SAE 75W-90 or SAE 80 API GL-5 oils are recommended.

Pre-dosed with the appropriate friction additive for limited slip differentials, no additional additive is necessary. Note: For manual gearboxes requiring an API GL-4, SAE 75W-85 viscosity gear oil, Penrite Pro Gear 75W-85 is recommended. Pro Gear GL-5 is not a substitute for Pro Gear 75W-85.
