Forged Superlite 4 Radial Mount

The Superlite 4R caliper series sets the standard in asphalt short track, late model, modified, and open wheel competition, while also being suitable for various road-race, rally, and sport driving applications. The FSL4R model series features redesigned internal fluid ports that eliminate external fluid cross-over tubes. The transfer tube has been replaced with two additional bleed screw assemblies, allowing symmetrical piston bore models to be mounted in either a leading or trailing position. Differential bore models require left and right hand orientation, but do not necessitate leading or trailing configuration.

The standout feature of the FSL4R caliper models is their exceptional strength and reduced weight due to the forging process. With an assembled weight of just 4.4 pounds, the caliper body is crafted using computer-generated solid modeling and stress analysis technology. Each caliper includes closed end bridges with a radial transition to the main body and piston bore housings, enhancing overall body strength and resistance to deflection under load. Every FSL4R body is stress-flow forged from premium grade aluminum alloy billet.
