The Audi / VW 2.0L TFSI pistons are engineered for mild to high tuning, suitable for road or club race cars aiming for enhanced engine performance and longevity. Crafted by ZRP engineers in Germany from 4032 (T6) high-silicon, low-expansion alloy, these pistons allow for closer piston-to-bore clearance, resulting in improved sealing. This design minimizes cold start slapping noise, common in engines with forged pistons, ensuring quieter operation and reduced oil consumption.

Featuring a full round skirt design with a bottom reinforcing band, these pistons include oversized and deeper valve pockets to accommodate high lift camshaft profiles. Offset pins contribute to quiet operation, while the wrist pins are constructed from 9310 alloy. Additional features include anti-detonation grooves to protect the first rings, a gas pressure accumulator groove for enhanced ring seal, and vibration relief. A premium Japanese quality ring package (1.00mm x 1.20mm x 2.80mm) is included.
