The Audi / VW 2.0L TFSI pistons are engineered for mild to high tuning, suitable for road or club race cars aiming for high mileage and street use. Manufactured in Germany from 4032 (T6) high-silicon, low-expansion alloy, these pistons allow for closer piston-to-bore clearance, enhancing seal quality. This design minimizes slapping noise during cold starts, a common issue with forged pistons, resulting in quieter operation and reduced oil consumption.

Key features include a full round skirt design with a bottom reinforcing band, oversized and deeper valve pockets to accommodate high lift camshaft profiles, and offset pins for quieter operation. The wrist pins are constructed from 9310 alloy. Additional features comprise anti-detonation grooves to protect the first rings, a gas pressure accumulator groove for improved ring seal, and vibration relief. A premium Japanese quality ring package (1.00mm x 1.20mm x 2.80mm) is included.

Note: Pistons are designed for use in all engine configurations with a 21.00mm pin.
