JRspec Forged Connecting Rods for R32/R33/R34

Introducing a set of high-performance forged connecting rods by JRspec, designed for R32, R33, and R34 models including 2.5L GTS and 2.6L GTR 260RS engines such as RB25, RB25DET, RB26, RB26DE, RB26DETT, RB28, and RB28DET.

These rods are crafted using advanced H-beam technology from premium forged steel ANSI4340 (EN24), ensuring a strength that exceeds 200 HP per cylinder. The steel is vacuum degassed prior to processing, and all forgings are x-rayed before processing to ensure integrity.

The connecting rods undergo a heat treatment process (normalized) and are stress-relieved after processing. They feature aligned edges and each hole is honed twice—before and after fitting—to guarantee a perfect circle with a tolerance of 0.01 mm. Additionally, the rods are perfectly straight vertically to 0.01 mm, surpassing many branded manufacturers whose discrepancies can exceed 0.1 mm, which can lead to faster bearing wear.

Each connecting rod and end kit is assigned an individual number, packed by weight, and balanced end to end. The heads are further reinforced with high-quality bronze sleeves at the rear piston pin position.

These connecting rods have been rigorously tested in a 1,500 HP Calibra Tsunami, proving their reliability and performance.
