Each rod undergoes a meticulous manufacturing process, including vacuum degassing and x-ray inspection before processing. They are heat treated and stress-relieved to enhance durability. The edges are precisely aligned, and each hole is honed twice to guarantee a perfect circle with a tolerance of 0.01 mm.
