DEI Floor & Tunnel Shield II™ provides a high-performance thermal barrier for automotive interiors, protecting components and electronics from extreme heat. Designed for use where high temperatures are persistent, it effectively blocks and reflects heat on firewalls, transmission tunnels, floorboards, fuel cells, and other critical areas.

• Embossed 10 mil dimpled aluminum face bonded to 1/8" composite glass-fiber core
• Withstands temperatures up to 1750°F
• Only 3/16" thick—ideal for minimal clearance areas
• Lightweight, with excellent thermal and sound insulation properties
• Aluminum side must face the heat source for optimal protection
