DEI Floor & Tunnel Shield II is a lightweight, high-heat barrier designed to reflect and insulate against heat sources that can soak into the cabin and threaten components, electronics, and interior comfort. It’s suited for consistently hot areas like firewalls, transmission tunnels, floor boards/pans, fuel cells, under-hood surfaces, and exterior under-vehicle locations.

Built with an embossed 10 mil dimpled aluminum face bonded to a 1/8" composite glass-fiber core, it’s only 3/16" thick for tight-clearance installs and can be shaped and trimmed for a custom fit. It also helps guard against track/road debris and adds sound deadening.

For proper performance, the aluminum side must face the heat source. This version does not include adhesive backing.
