The DEI EXO Series Exhaust Wrap is engineered for the most demanding environments, including off-roading, dirt track, and desert applications. Designed to solve the problem of extreme exhaust heat, this wrap is ideal for powersports and high-impact automotive use.

• Dual-layer construction: Hi-temp glass fiber core with a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton for superior abrasion and impact protection.
• Air Gap Technology: Maintains an insulating air barrier, keeping the glass fiber off direct contact with hot surfaces.
• Special 1.5" width: Allows easy installation on headers, exhaust pipes, or systems, particularly in high-impact areas.
• Stainless steel exoskeleton: Locks together when overlapped, ensuring a tight, secure fit and straightforward installation.
• Direct heat resistance: Up to 1200°F (649°C).
• Radiant heat resistance: Up to 2000°F (1093°C).

Important Notes

• Wrapping catalytic converters is not recommended, as it may reduce their lifespan due to overheating.
• Do not wrap flex-pipes or flex-joints. Once heat cycled, the wrap should not be moved or removed as fibers lose flexibility, though thermal properties remain unaffected.
• Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems. Wrapping titanium can cause the alloy to become brittle and crack prematurely. Use flexible heat shields as an alternative.
