The DEI EXO Series Exhaust Wrap is engineered for extreme environments, providing exceptional thermal protection for off-roading, dirt track, desert, and powersports applications. Traditional exhaust wraps often fail under harsh conditions with exposure to water and debris, but the EXO Series overcomes these challenges with its dual-layer design.

• Construction: High-temperature glass fiber core wrapped with a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton for superior abrasion and impact resistance.
• Air Gap Technology: Maintains an insulating air barrier by keeping the glass fiber wrap off direct contact with hot surfaces.
• Width and Installation: Unique 1.5" width allows for easy installation on headers, exhaust pipes, and systems—ideal for high-impact protection zones. The exoskeleton interlocks when overlapped, ensuring a tight, secure fit.
• Durability: Designed for long-term rugged performance and outstanding appearance. Available in Black or Tan in various roll lengths.

Heat Resistance:

• Direct Heat: Up to 1200°F (649°C)
• Radiant Heat: Up to 2000°F (1093°C)

Important Notes:

• Do not wrap catalytic converters—overheating may reduce their lifespan.
• Once heat-cycled, the wrap should not be moved or removed, as fibers lose flexibility but retain thermal properties. Avoid use on flex-pipes or flex-joints.
• Not recommended for titanium exhausts. Wrapping titanium may cause brittleness and cracking. For heat reduction on titanium systems, use flexible heat shields instead.
