This high-performance exhaust manifold is designed for Mini Cooper R50, R52, and R53 models equipped with the 1.6 16V engine. Crafted from premium SS304 stainless steel, it offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. The optimized flow geometry reduces backpressure, allowing the engine to breathe more freely, resulting in increased power and torque, particularly in the mid and high RPM ranges.

The integrated 200 cpsi Euro 4 sport catalytic converter minimizes exhaust system resistance while meeting emission standards. Additionally, two reinforced flexible joints compensate for vibrations and movements of the drivetrain, enhancing the durability of the entire exhaust system and improving engine comfort.

TIG welding ensures exceptional durability and aesthetic finish, and two lambda sensor ports allow seamless integration with the factory engine management system.
