EGR & CAT CLEAN+ is a new generation, low-volatility, professional cleaning agent. It offers a cost-effective alternative to expensive repairs. It reduces exhaust emissions, increases engine performance, and improves fuel consumption.

APPLICATION

EGR & CAT CLEAN+ is designed for use in all 4, 6, and 8+ cylinder engines, multi-valve, including VVT, naturally aspirated, supercharged, and turbocharged engines. It can be used in both tuned and standard engines, as well as in performance and regular road applications. Not suitable for two-stroke engines.

EGR & CAT CLEAN+ cleans deposits from intake valves, fuel injectors, and combustion chambers, facilitating startup, increasing acceleration, improving airflow, and enhancing performance. Regular use prevents harmful deposits in catalytic converters, cleans EGR channels, and oxygen sensors, ensuring smoother idling.

HOW TO USE?

USE ONLY AS DIRECTED ON VEHICLES IN GOOD TECHNICAL CONDITION

REGULAR USE AS A FUEL ADDITIVE

For routine and preventive maintenance, add EGR & CAT CLEAN+ (ECC+) directly to the fuel at a dosage of about 2-3%. Start the engine and let it idle until it reaches normal operating temperature, then let it idle for another 10 minutes to clean the interiors of the fuel pump, fuel injectors or carburetor, spark plugs (where fitted), and upper piston rings. Do not add to a fuel tank with less than 15 liters of fuel and do not add directly to the fuel filter.

The can is a single-dose system. Empty the entire can into about 20-25 liters of fuel to achieve the proper fuel concentration. Usually, one application is sufficient to clean the system.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE - PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY

For more intensive cleaning of the O2 sensor, EGR valve, catalytic converter, or particulate filter:

Connect a flexible hose with a valve (e.g., vacuum line) from the intake manifold to the ECC+ can. Alternatively, the product can be poured directly into a spray bottle and fed into the vacuum line.

Start the engine, set the RPM to about 2000 to 3000, and open the valve or start spraying in short intervals to introduce the product into areas where it will begin to work and provide the listed benefits. The engine may stall as ECC+ is not a fuel. If the engine speed drops sharply, e.g., below 700 RPM, close the valve or stop spraying and reduce the application speed or increase the intervals between applications. This indicates that the product is starting to work.

Leave ECC+ in the system and remove the ECC+ can, then reconnect the vacuum line.

Start the engine until it begins to run – this may take a few minutes as ECC+ is replaced by fuel from the fuel tank. Unburned ECC+ will pass through the O2 sensor and clean it. The EGR valve, catalytic converter, and particulate filter will also be cleaned.

Procedures 2-4 can be repeated to ensure sufficient product is introduced into the system to clean all components.

EGR & CAT CLEAN+ is suitable for use in passenger cars and light commercial vehicles and can be used with gasoline, LPG, Diesel, and E10 powered vehicles. Suitable for hybrid vehicles.
