Adaptation Kit for Mounting K04-64 Turbine

Designed for adapting the K04-64 turbine from 2.0TFSI to 1.8 20VT engines, this kit is compatible with all 1.8 turbo heads of VAG cars.

Set Contains:

• Upper mounting cubes - 4 pcs.
• Bottom mounting strip - 1 pc.
• Upper and middle fastening bridge - 1 item
• 10 mm exhaust flange (downpipe) made of resistant stainless steel - 1 piece
• Crankcase cap made of stainless steel - 1 piece
• Exhaust flange gasket, downpipe - 1 piece
• Exhaust manifold gasket - 1 pc (requires minor adaptation)
• Actuator relocator from wastegate - 1 item
• Actuator pusher extension - 1 pc.

Installation Notes:

Installation requires the removal of two unnecessary pins from the head and cutting out several new shafts in the exhaust manifold under the pins. A template is included to facilitate these operations. Additionally, new holes need to be drilled in the exhaust manifold gasket.

The set includes all necessary accessories for installation. Note that the modified exhaust manifold with the turbine and the head are not included in the price.
