High-Performance CNC Machined Cam Gears

Our cam gears are precision CNC machined from high-quality 6061 T6 aluminum, ensuring tighter tolerances than original OEM gears. Each gear features bevelled tooth edges to enhance belt life and is hard anodised for increased strength and longevity.

Laser-etched degree markings on the cam gear facilitate accurate engine tuning. We utilize high-quality fasteners and a heli-coil thread insert in the ring gear, allowing for secure torque application during installation. This design ensures that the threads can be adjusted multiple times without risk of stretching or fatigue.
