Engine Oil Filter Cover for Volvo 2.0T

The aluminium oil filter housing is a reinforced replacement for the factory plastic component used in Volvo engines. Made from lightweight and durable aluminium, precisely CNC-machined and finished with black anodizing, it eliminates common issues of OEM plastic housings such as cracking or deformation due to heat.

Thanks to aluminium’s improved thermal conductivity, the housing helps dissipate heat around the filter area, resulting in more stable operating conditions. The design retains OEM dimensions and additionally features integrated 1/8 NPT ports for sensors, while compatibility with OEM filter inserts keeps the factory service solution.
