• Compact 16 mm nuts for easy tightening.
• M12x1.5 threads need to be made in your engine block. Use a 12.5 mm drill bit to drill head gasket, head washers (all 14 pcs.), and engine head to 12.5 mm diameter.
• Recommended to use Loctite 3020 for assembly of head gasket.
• Use grease, torque wrench, and tighten all nuts (clockwise) in the following steps: 1st step - 40 Nm, 2nd step - 80 Nm, 3rd step - 110 Nm.
• NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE NUTS. Product can handle up to ~150 Nm, but your engine head won't.
• Each product has been quality tested to handle the highest overload and force.
