Forged Connecting Rods for Toyota 2JZ, 2JZ-GE, 2JZ-GTE

Introducing a set of forged connecting rods in X-Beam technology, crafted for the Toyota 2JZ series engines. These rods are constructed from high-quality ANSI4340 forged steel (EN24), offering a strength of over 200 ps per cylinder. The manufacturing process includes vacuum degassing before processing, X-ray treatment, and surface blasting to ensure durability and performance.

Each connecting rod is meticulously machined and normalized, with edges aligned for precision. The holes are ground twice, ensuring a perfect circle with a tolerance of 0.01mm. The rods are angled to 0.01mm, guaranteeing vertical straightness and reducing bushing wear compared to other brands.

Each rod and foot set is individually numbered, packed, and balanced by weight. The heads are reinforced with high-quality bronze bushings in the piston pin seat. These connecting rods have been tested in a Calibra Tsunami with over 1,500 horsepower, proving their reliability and strength.
