High-quality aluminium replacement component for the EGR valve, manufactured by FMIC. The flange is TIG welded and then machined to ensure a precise fit to the intake manifold. An O-ring groove is CNC milled to seal the joint to the manifold and help prevent boost leaks. The end flange is swaged to help prevent the hose from slipping.

Using the FMIC EGR flange stops exhaust gases returning to the intake manifold, helping to reduce carbon deposits and soot build-up in the intake system.
