EGR Valve Delete Kit for Ford Mondeo and Jaguar X-Type 2.0 2.2 TDCi
High-quality aluminum replacement for the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve. The flange is TIG welded and surface-milled for a perfect fit to the intake manifold. It features CNC machining for an O-ring groove to prevent leaks at the connection point. The flange ends with a rolled collar to prevent hose slippage.
Benefits include faster turbo spool at low RPM, reduced carbon deposit build-up, and increased airflow. The outlet diameter of the flange is 51mm.
