EGR Valve Delete Kit for BMW E87 E90 X5 E60 E61 M47N2 M57N2

High-quality aluminum replacement for the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve. The flange is TIG-welded and surface-planed to ensure a perfect fit with the intake manifold. Additionally, it is CNC-machined for an O-ring groove that prevents leaks at the connection point. The flange has a rolled collar preventing the hose from slipping off.

Using this EGR flange brings multiple benefits, such as faster turbo spool at low RPM, reduction of carbon build-up (a common cause of EGR failure), and improved airflow.
