EGR Removal Delete KIT for BMW 3.0 M57N2 E46 E60 E65 E83 E53

High-quality aluminum replacement for the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve. The flange is TIG-welded and machined for a precise fit to the intake manifold. It is CNC-milled for an O-ring to prevent leaks at the connection point with the manifold. The flange features a rolled collar at the end to prevent the hose from slipping off.

Benefits of using this EGR flange include faster turbo spool in the low RPM range, reduced carbon buildup (a common cause of EGR failure), and improved airflow.

For off-road and motorsport use only. After replacing the damaged EGR valve with this substitute, the ECU software must be updated to avoid error codes.
