The TAFMET EGR Kit is designed as a direct replacement for the EGR system in your vehicle, addressing common issues caused by blockage from tar and sediment, which can negatively impact fuel economy and engine performance.

• 1 x EGR Replacement Pipe (54 mm outer diameter, 114 mm length, stainless steel, lifetime warranty)
• 1 x Blanking Plate (stainless steel, lifetime warranty)
• 1 x Blanking Plate Gasket
• 1 x Flange Gasket
• 2 x Blanking Plate Screws with Washers
• 4 x EGR Bypass Screws with Washers
• 1 x CNC machined aluminium bung for the bottom EGR cooler hose
• 1 x CNC machined aluminium vented bung for the EGR thermostat hose
• 1 x CNC machined aluminium leak screw and o-ring

This kit includes EGR cooler hose blanks, allowing removal of the EGR cooler and EGR thermostat, which are redundant after EGR valve removal.

Important Notes

• On most vehicles produced until 2002-2004, no ECU warning light will appear after installation.
• Later models with pneumatic and electronic EGR valves may trigger an ECU warning light. An ECU remap is recommended to fully disable EGR function. This must be performed by a qualified tuner.
• Intended for off-road and motorsport use only.
