EGR Flange for VW 1.9 TDI Engines (7100/130/160HP)
This high-quality stainless steel EGR recirculation valve replacement from FMIC.EU is designed for VW 1.9 TDI engines. The flange is TIG welded and machined flat to ensure optimal adhesion to the intake manifold. CNC milling further enhances the fit, preventing leaks at the connection point. The flange is finished with a collar to prevent wire slippage when used with a clamp.
Benefits include improved turbocharger response at low RPM and elimination of carbon deposit buildup commonly caused by faulty EGR valves. Increased airflow is also achieved with this upgrade.
Note: Silicone hose not included.
