Dynapro Single
The DynaPro Single (DPS) billet caliper is the latest generation of calipers designed as an upgrade or replacement for applications previously utilizing the Dynalite Single (DLS) series. DPS calipers offer enhanced strength and performance, making them the most advanced "Dyna" series calipers to date.
These calipers are fully CNC machined from premium grade alloy billet. The body design, generated through Finite Element Analysis (FEA), features a reinforced transition between the piston housings and the bridges. This enhancement significantly increases resistance to deflection and body separation under load. The reduction in overall deflection and the corresponding decrease in fluid volume displacement lead to improved clamping efficiency with reduced pedal travel.
The DPS calipers are equipped with exclusive performance features, including Quick-E-Clip pad retainers that accommodate a 6812 type brake pad from the top. This design allows for quick pad servicing without the need to remove the caliper, while also providing stronger retention compared to the single Quick-Clip pin and 7012 type pads used in previous DLS models.
