The strength of the Dynapro calipers is achieved through a combination of innovative processes and design. Stress-flow forging re-aligns the internal grain structure of the metal, enhancing strength compared to machined block billet parts or castings. The finite element analysis (FEA) generated body design features a radial transition between piston bores and caliper bridges, eliminating machined steps and shoulders in critical strength areas, thus increasing resistance to deflection and body separation under high loads. Testing has validated the efficiency of this design, resulting in a firm pedal feel and outstanding stopping power.

The Dynapro calipers are available in three configurations: standard calipers for rotors up to 12.19 inches, featuring dust-sealed stainless steel pistons for maximum protection against debris in intermediate to high-temperature applications; a long radius version for rotors up to 13.00 inches; and competition models utilizing Thermlock insulated pistons for enhanced heat transfer protection. All Dynapro calipers can be equipped with Thermlock pistons for maximum thermal protection in sustained high-heat scenarios.
