The strength of the Dynapro calipers is achieved through advanced manufacturing processes and design. Stress-flow forging realigns the internal grain structure of the metal, enhancing strength compared to machined block billet parts or castings. The body design, optimized through Finite Element Analysis (FEA), features a radial transition between piston bores and caliper bridges, eliminating machined steps that could compromise strength. This innovative design significantly increases resistance to deflection and body separation under high loads, resulting in a firm pedal feel and outstanding stopping power.

Dynapro calipers are available in three configurations: standard calipers for rotors up to 12.19 inches with dust-sealed stainless steel pistons for maximum protection against debris; a long radius version for rotors up to 13.00 inches; and competition models featuring Thermlock insulated pistons for enhanced heat protection. All Dynapro calipers can be equipped with Thermlock pistons for maximum thermal protection in high-heat applications.
