Our Twin Disc Clutch is engineered for exceptional performance, offering a superb pedal feel, high torque capacity, and reliability. Extensively tested in drag, drift, and daily driving scenarios, it features friction materials that are either ceramic metallic or organic, with an outer diameter ranging from 185 mm to 200 mm. Manufactured in Germany, this clutch ensures quality and precision.

All spare components, including the clutch diaphragm spring, fulcrum ring, pressure plate, clutch discs, and floater plates, are available individually. This allows for the replacement of worn-out parts without the need to purchase a complete new clutch kit. The pressure plate and floater plate surfaces are honed for a uniform, smooth friction area. The hub splines are crafted from high-strength steel and heat-treated for enhanced surface hardness.

• For optimal performance, it is recommended to select a clutch with a torque rating 20% higher than the maximum engine torque, especially if frequent Launch Control and Flat Shift operations are anticipated.
• Be aware that using Launch Control and Flat Shift can lead to exponential wear.
• If the crankshaft thrust is 180 degrees, adding a second thrust is advisable due to increased axial stresses on the crankshaft.
