Red Line CV-2 Grease is engineered to endure extreme temperatures and pressures found in high-performance wheel bearings and CV joints. Its superior high-temperature stability, extreme-pressure protection, and water resistance allow it to outperform even the best conventional or synthetic greases.

This grease can be utilized in a wide range of applications at temperatures from -73°C to 260°C, providing excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, low evaporation, and oil separation, with minimal impact on rubber seals. The exceptional extreme-pressure performance and synthetic oil fluidity can extend bearing life by 200% to 800%.

Red Line CV-2 Grease features a red moly compound, which is a superior lubricant compared to black moly disulfide lubricants. It is also applicable in industrial settings, including high-temperature alternator bearings, high-speed ball bearings, conveyor bearings, worm gear drives, and servo mechanisms, particularly in environments where vibrations may cause fretting wear and corrosion.

This grease maintains its consistency and extreme-pressure performance under high-temperature and high-shear conditions for extended periods, enhancing the performance of lubricated components. It may slightly darken after high-temperature use, but this does not detrimentally affect its performance.

While Red Line CV-2 is compatible with small amounts of many petroleum-based greases, it is advisable to thoroughly clean out old grease to eliminate abrasive particles and minimize the risk of grease incompatibility.
