DEI's ORIGINAL Titanium™ exhaust wrap, utilizing LR Technology, is crafted from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material, and woven into a proprietary weave. Engineered for superior strength and durability, this wrap is designed to enhance thermal performance and reliability in automotive and motorcycle applications.

Important Notes:

• Wrapping catalytic converters is not recommended, as it can cause overheating and reduce converter lifespan. Consider dedicated heat shields as alternatives.
• Once heat-cycled, the wrap loses its initial flexibility and is not intended to be moved or removed. Avoid use on flex-pipes or flex-joints.
• Not recommended for use on titanium exhaust systems. Wrapping titanium can cause brittleness and premature cracking. Use flexible heat shields for these applications.
