Transmission Oil Cooler Adapter DSG DQ381 FMIC.Pro

The FMIC.Pro adapter for the DSG DQ381  transmission is a precisely manufactured mounting component that allows the installation of an external transmission oil cooler. It is an essential element in vehicles with increased engine power, where transmission oil temperatures rise significantly during dynamic driving, which can lead to overheating, loss of performance and transmission limp mode.
The adapter body is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized black to increase resistance to corrosion, temperature and operating pressure. The kit includes AN8 threaded fittings that ensure secure and leak-free connection of oil lines.
A high-temperature silicone coupler is included, which absorbs vibrations, as well as steel clamps that guarantee a strong and durable hose connection.
This component is necessary when upgrading the DSG DQ381 transmission cooling system with an auxiliary oil cooler.
