The Subaru 2.0L E20 / 2.5L EJ25 H-Beam Connecting Rods are engineered from 4340 high tensile steel, ensuring high performance and exceptional durability. The ribbed pin end design minimizes distortion under heavy inertial loads while reducing excess weight. The bushings, crafted from AMPCO 18 material, provide excellent wear and fatigue resistance, featuring a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. Each rod undergoes shot peening to relieve stress and is multi-stage heat treated to enhance rigidity. The precise tolerances achieved during production guarantee a perfect fit and optimized oil clearances, with controlled bend and twist characteristics.

Each connecting rod is equipped with ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The complete kit includes ARP moly and comprehensive fitting instructions.
