I-Beam Connecting Rods for Fiat 1.4L & 1.6L Turbo

The I-Beam Connecting Rods for Fiat 1.4L and 1.6L Turbo engines are crafted from 4340 high tensile steel, ensuring high performance, extreme durability, and enhanced rigidity. The bushings are made from an aluminum-silicon/bronze alloy and feature a radial groove for oil reservoir. Each rod undergoes shot peening to relieve material stress and is multi-stage heat treated to maximize rigidity. The precise tolerances in the manufacturing process guarantee a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances, with strict control over bend and twist.

Each connecting rod is equipped with ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The complete kit includes ARP moly and comprehensive fitting instructions.
