The BMW M3 E36 S50B32 H-Beam Connecting Rods are engineered from 4340 high tensile steel, ensuring high performance and exceptional durability. The bushings are crafted from aluminum-silicon/bronze material, featuring a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. The rods are designed with a ribbed pin end to minimize distortion under heavy inertial loads while reducing excess weight. They undergo shot peening to relieve material stress and are multi-stage heat treated to enhance rigidity. The precise tolerances in the manufacturing process guarantee a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances, with controlled bend and twist.

Each rod is equipped with ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The complete kit includes ARP moly and comprehensive fitting instructions.
