I-Beam Connecting Rods for BMW M42B18 & M44B19

The I-Beam Connecting rods are constructed from high-quality 4340 high tensile steel, designed with an optimized shape for enhanced performance and durability. The bushings utilize AMPCO 18 material, providing excellent resistance to wear and fatigue, featuring a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. Each rod undergoes shot peening to relieve material stress and is subjected to multi-stage heat treatment to enhance rigidity. The production process ensures tight tolerances for perfect fitment and optimized oil clearances, with controlled bend and twist.

Each rod is equipped with ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The complete kit includes ARP moly and comprehensive fitting instructions.
