The ZRP Connecting Rods for Alfa Romeo 2.5L and 3.0L V6 engines feature an H-Beam design crafted from 4340 high tensile steel, ensuring high performance and exceptional durability. These rods are equipped with a ribbed pin end that reduces distortion under heavy inertial loads while minimizing weight. They undergo shot peening to relieve material stress and are subjected to multi-stage heat treatment to enhance rigidity. The precise tolerances achieved during production guarantee a perfect fit and optimized oil clearances, with controlled bend and twist.

Each rod is supplied with ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with an optional upgrade to ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi. The complete kit includes ARP moly and comprehensive fitting instructions.
