The Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 for the Audi TT RS (8S) is available with a TÜV certificate and two intercooler core options.

Core option guidance: Use the standard version for power applications up to 600 HP and the X-version for applications above 600 HP.

This high-performance intercooler features a 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm core (16,500 cm³), delivering an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge-air volume versus the OEM intercooler. The system uses a WAGNERTUNING Competition intercooler core built for this application: tube-and-fin construction with internal turbulators, plus CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks to reduce OEM bottlenecks and improve internal airflow. Additional air guides and an internal inlet promote more even core filling for strong cooling performance with minimal pressure drop.

The intercooler integrates with the original crossmember for a stable assembly, weighs 11.7 kg, and mounts to the factory mounting points (simple adjustments may be required; see installation instructions). Inlet/outlet diameter is 68 mm.
