The WAGNERTUNING Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit is designed for VAG vehicles fitted with 1st and 2nd generation 2.0T(F)SI (TFSI/TSI) engines, replacing the OEM intercooler.

• 10% larger flow area and 50% more intercooler volume vs. the original Audi S3 intercooler
• Competition high-performance core designed to maintain airflow to adjacent components (e.g., water cooler)
• Weight: Audi S3 OEM 8 kg / WAGNERTUNING 9.2 kg
• CAD-developed freeform end tanks with integrated cast aluminum air baffle for internal air distribution

Connections & Cooling

• CNC-machined hose connections enlarged to Ø67 mm
• Includes matching silicone hoses
• Designed to reduce back pressure compared to the stock cooler
• Anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties

Installation & Quality

• Installs by replacing the OEM intercooler
• Subject to constant qualitative monitoring
• Available with TÜV parts certificate for many vehicles
