This Competition intercooler uses a stepped high-performance core (500 mm x 388 mm x 125 mm) designed to increase charge-air cooling efficiency with reduced backpressure. The core is engineered to maintain airflow to nearby heat exchangers such as the water cooler while remaining lightweight.
