Overview

This kit replaces the factory intercooler with a stepped Tube-Fin competition core developed for BMW E46 diesel requirements. Compared with the stock intercooler, it provides 31% larger frontal surface area and 205% more core volume.

Cast aluminum end tanks are CAD-designed and CFD-optimized for internal airflow, targeting strong cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The intercooler features an anti-corrosion powder coating with heat-conducting properties. Installation is a direct replacement and plug-and-play using the factory click connections.
