MLX Gasket Construction
MLX (Multi-Layer-Steel-Stopper) design uses an extra stopper fold-over layer to provide a torque-limiting surface that helps prevent yielding of the combustion seals. High-temperature polymer coating and embossments help create a micro-seal for fluids between the head and block.
