The vehicle-specific CANchecked MFD32 Gen2 for your Audi A6/A7 C7 (4G)

The MFD32 Gen2 transforms your air vent into an intelligent display with features designed for ease of installation. Most displays come with illustrated installation instructions, allowing for self-installation without the need for a workshop.

Display Setup Software - DSS

The CANchecked DSS allows for full customization of your display. It includes an integrated log viewer for downloading and viewing log files, as well as a Can-Logger. The TRI Editor enables adjustment of sensors, including assigning min/max values for warnings and renaming sensors.

Supported Values

The display supports comprehensive data from your ECU, including:

Temperatures:

• Exhaust temperature, coolant temperature, oil temperature, intake temperature, outside temperature, gasoline temperature, DSG temperature.

Pressures:

• Boost pressure, ambient pressure, fuel pressure pre-feed pump, rail pressure actual/target.

Lambda/Mixture:

• Lambda value, injection time, short-term lambda adjustment, long-term lambda adjustment.

Other:

• RPM, air mass, vehicle speed, throttle angle, total ignition angle, ignition angle retraction per cylinder, N75 timing in %, terminal 30 voltage, torque, gear, diesel-specific values.

If any values are missing, they can be added later.

• SD card (pre-installed in the display).

• Display foil (to prevent reflections).

Connection and Extension

Any sensors can be connected via the four analog inputs, supporting linear 0-5V and NTC sensors. The following CANchecked sensors are stored in the TRI/TRX files by default:

• AIN1: Temperature sensor (NTC01).
• AIN2: Transducer for exhaust gas temperature sensor type K (TCC01).
• AIN3: Pressure sensor 0-10 Bar (FLP01).
• AIN4: Boost pressure sensor 0-5.5 Bar absolute (BST10).

For connection, a pre-assembled AIN wiring harness is available. Additionally, an external shift light with eight LEDs can be connected, configurable directly on the display. An ethanol sensor can also be connected directly to the display with a pull-up resistor (10K) between 5V and the signal to view and log ethanol content and temperature.

Advanced Functions

Math-Channels allow for calculations between sensors, and the User-Table enables the generation of additional sensors using 2D or 3D maps.
