CANchecked MFD15 Gen2 Data Display Kit for Volvo V60 III
This vehicle-specific MFD15 Gen2 kit for the Volvo V60 III pairs an OLED display with a model-specific bezel and connection kit. The OLED screen remains easy to read even in direct sunlight. Operation is via the two front push buttons, with optional support for an external rotary knob.

oDSS setup over WiFi
The MFD15 Gen2 can be accessed via WiFi for configuration through oDSS on a smartphone or PC. oDSS is used to configure the display, upload a startup image, and update the device. Logging via oDSS requires a license.
ECU/CAN values and protocols
The values available depend on what the ECU broadcasts on the CAN bus. Documentation (including DBC files) can be used, and the system supports up to 64 sensors depending on manufacturer. OBD2 over CAN (11-bit/29-bit) is implemented, and vehicle-specific protocols such as UDS and TP2 are available.

For VAG vehicles from model year 2008 (and in some cases older), in-depth protocol-based queries are available for values such as oil temperature, boost pressure, transmission temperature, cylinder-selective ignition angle return, high/low pressure, wastegate actuation, and more.
Integrated LED (shift light / warning)
The internal LED can be configured either as a shift light or a warning LED.
- Shift light: assign up to 8 different colors and RPM limits, including the RPM where the light starts flashing
- Warning LED: set min/max thresholds per sensor; if a value exceeds limits, the LED flashes in the configured color and the shift light function is disabled during the warning period

Analog inputs and sensor presets
Six analog inputs are available for connecting sensors (linear 0–5 V and NTC supported). CANchecked sensor curves are stored in the display for plug-and-play use with these presets:
- AIN1: Temperature sensor (NTC01)
- AIN2: Type K EGT transducer (TCC01)
- AIN3: Pressure sensor 0–10 bar (FLP01)
- AIN4: Boost pressure sensor 0–5.5 bar absolute (BST01)
- AIN5: Not preconfigured
- AIN6: Not preconfigured
A pre-assembled 4-way AIN harness can be used for connection.

Additional licenses (optional)
Live Logging
With the “Live Logging” license, the display can log sensor data into oDSS and you can download the log file to a smartphone or PC. For OBD and UDS, only the currently displayed sensors are logged.
Flex Fuel ethanol sensor (direct to display)
With the ethanol sensor license, an ethanol sensor can be connected directly to the display via a separate pin. A 10K pull-up resistor is required between 5 V and signal. Ethanol content and fuel temperature can be displayed and logged.
CAN Switching and AIN forwarding
With the CAN Switching/AIN forwarding license, the display buttons (or optional rotary knob) can be used to switch CAN switches and forward analog input voltages to the CAN bus.
