Dynapro Lug Mount
The DynaPro Lug Mount (DP) forged billet caliper is designed as an upgrade or replacement for the Dynalite model series. DP calipers integrate advanced race technology with exclusive performance enhancements. The sleek profile offers superior strength and a fully machined finish, making it suitable for both competition and show.
The DynaPro's strength comes from its unique design and manufacturing process. It is stress-flow forged from premium grade billet, which realigns the metal's grain structure for enhanced strength compared to parts machined from straight grained blocks. The body design features a fortified radial transition that eliminates steps and shoulders between the piston housings and bridges, significantly increasing resistance to deflection and caliper body separation under load. Testing has demonstrated reduced overall deflection and fluid volume displacement, resulting in improved clamping efficiency and less pedal travel, leading to a firm, responsive pedal with exceptional stopping power.
Additional enhancements include Quick-E-Clip pad retainers that support a 7812 type brake pad from the top, allowing for quick pad service without caliper removal. The removal of bottom pad supports creates a slimmer profile for easier fitting in tight clearance applications.
